Normal Working Conditions:

1.The upper limit of ambient air temp. is +40, the lower limit not lower than -5, and mean value within 24h not more than +35. If exceeding this scope, please consult with the manufacturer.
2. The height above sea level for installing the switch shall not exceed 2000m.
3. When at max. temperature of +40, relative air humidity shall not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity such as 90% at the temperature of 20, is allowed under lower temperature. Special measure shall be taken against occasional condensation caused by temp. change.
4. The pollution grade of environment for installing switch is 3

Structural Features:

CDP3 Series Button Switch has protective structure. The insulation base is made of thermosetting plastics. There is a static contact of silver which is fixed with a screw and a moving contact which is a bridge contact of Cu base alloy, both are riveted on the base. Under the action of spring, closing or breaking action is performed by pressing start or stop button. The operation button, supporter, and 3 pairs of moving and static contacts are fixed on the metal housing with frame and insulation base. There is a rubber sealing ring at the position of outlet line.
To start, press ON button. It is locked by the slide and cannot return, will self lock and switch in the circuit. To stop, press OFF button. The bevel of flake connecting rod will return so that ON button will reset, release self-lock and switch off the circuit.

Normal Working Conditions:

1. Rated insulation voltage:500V, rated working voltage:380V.
2. Rated working current: 4A; 8A; 17A.
3. Rated frequency:50Hz.
4. Rated working system: 8h. Conventional free air heating current of switch is subject to this working system.
